Our priorities are genuine partnerships, maximum customer satisfaction, and steady, healthy growth. Our core competencies in standards development and our deep affinity for software are never neglected. Our structure allows for short decision-making processes and a personal commitment often lacking in anonymous corporations. Our management team has grown organically and consists of individuals who have worked their way up within the company with passion and expertise.
To ensure these values are carried forward sustainably, the next generation is already working within the company and actively assuming leadership responsibilities – thus ensuring that QSC remains a stable anchor for customers and employees for decades to come.
Managing Partner
Friedrich Piewald founded the ‘QSC’ corporate group together with his wife Eva in 1998, and has served as managing partner since that time. In this connection, he is responsible in particular for strategy and corporate development, while at the same time pursuing the ongoing evolution of the QSC product portfolio as well as technical innovations as his passion.
Friedrich Piewald has spent the majority of his career in leading positions in the development and implementation of complex and international software projects (especially in the ERP area) in manufacturing companies. At the same time, he trained as a management consultant and subsequently played a key role in several company reorganisations in the industry.
Partner
Eva Piewald comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has been familiar with all aspects of a successful and long-term corporate philosophy since she was a child. In addition to her function as a shareholder, she is also responsible above all for the "social kit" in the team at QSC and organises our employee events.
Lukas Piewald
as Chief Sales Officer, is responsible for the further development of sales and the exploration of new market potential. He leads the sales team and also shapes the strategic direction of marketing activities.
His career began in consulting, where, after completing his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, he quickly assumed leadership responsibilities and successfully managed client projects as a team leader. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of customer requirements, market mechanisms, and the successful implementation of complex projects.
Florian Piewald
brings a lot of new knowledge to the QSC. During his bachelor's degree in biology and a related internship, he was able to gain a lot of laboratory experience, sometimes in Copenhagen, and is therefore particularly familiar with the challenges in the GxP environment.
He went on to complete a Master's degree in Bioinformatics at the University of Vienna and joined the family business in 2018.
In Florian, QSC has gained an outstanding technician & analyst who loves these challenges and is constantly involved in researching new technologies.
