Challenges in practice

Making the composition and properties of a product transparent poses a number of challenges. Complete documentation of the entire production process is essential to ensure the traceability of the end product and the allocation of quality data to individual parts/batches. Whenever a batch is moved or processed, this must be documented or mapped - yet the documentation effort must be kept efficient so as not to jeopardise the economic efficiency of production. This is especially true when several people and departments are involved.

Solution QS1

We recognise these challenges and offer the perfect solution for your individual requirements. With QS1, you can achieve seamless monitoring of the batch/serial number of a finished product and its subordinate products, raw materials, etc. This information is automatically obtained from your ERP system in real time and can also be added to and changed in QS1.

This information is automatically obtained from your ERP system in real time and can also be supplemented and modified in QS1.

Do you not have any batch / serial numbers in your ERP system?

Our solution allows

you additional functions if no detailed batch / serial number postings are made in the ERP system - even for parts that are not managed in your ERP system. Recording is time-saving, process-based and, of course, also via  mobile devices.

With QS1, you have a complete origin analysis of the underlying production processes across your entire product structure, enriched with all the quality data available at these levels. Whether top-down - from the end product to the raw materials used or bottom-up - from the raw material to the end products, both variants can be mapped.

In addition to the inspection and process data, this product file also provides you with a transparent overview of all detected deviations and their documented xD measures. The QS1 analysis tools allow you to analyse the associated ERP / QS1 data ad hoc across the entire batch / serial number network.
