Challenges in practice
Measurement data is processed in a QA/QM system in many areas, from goods receipt inspection to SPC inspections and MSA. Digital manual measuring equipment, measuring machines or even in-line measuring machines are often already in use.
It makes sense to automatically transfer this actual measurement data and/or the associated environmental parameters to your QA system.
Solution QS1
QS1 measuring equipment integration is used for all types of tests. Depending on the measuring equipment used, QS1 enables the measured values to be transferred ‘at the touch of a button’, e.g. for manual measuring equipment or test fixtures; for the use of measuring machines, analysers or automatic testing machines, the measurement data is transferred to QS1 fully automatically, checked and posted. In all cases, traceability (who-when-where-wherefore) is of course provided and historicised in QS1.
QS1 offers a variety of communication formats, such as Q-DAS, XML, excel or .csv through to connections via OPC-UA and EUROMAP.
Your advantages
Connection of
- Digital manual measuring equipment
- Multiple data transfer for e.g. testing devices with induction sensors
- Measuring machines (coordinate measuring machines, optical measuring machines, etc.)
- Machine controls (UPC-UA, EUROMAP, etc.)
- Analysers, measured value systems, etc.
