In fast-moving times, the rapid distribution of information and processing of measures with your suppliers is of great importance. The digital integration of your suppliers into the entire complaints management system is the prerequisite for efficient and transparent information processes. For example, the supplier must be guided through the required 8D action processes and their documentation and processing status must be mapped directly in your QM solution. It goes without saying that all these processes must run online, without complex cloud access and replication mechanisms, simply and transparently for your suppliers.

 

Solution QS1

You provide your suppliers with an ‘external’ view of their complaints via the QS1 supplier portal. The external processing steps and their documentation are carried out directly by the supplier in your QM system; your employees no longer have to deal with requesting and compiling the associated statements and documentation content.

You use QS1 action management to guide your suppliers through the necessary 8D processes in the complaints area. It goes without saying that your supplier has access to the associated ERP data such as orders. By providing an ‘internal’ as well as an ‘external’ view of the deviation data, all information and processing statuses can be viewed by all parties involved at any time.
