Vision Days 2026 Recap – Spotlight on Success
The Vision Days hosted by our ERP partner Asseco on September 22 and 23, 2026, in Bad Vilbel were once again a resounding success and an inspiring gathering for the manufacturing industry. As a Gold Sponsor, we were proud to be present with our own exhibition booth.
Alongside numerous engaging discussions with prospective clients, customers, and partners, we delivered a well-attended presentation together with our customer August Steinmeyer GmbH & Co. KG, demonstrating how end-to-end quality assurance from ERP directly to the shop floor is put into practice.

Two Days of Inspiring Impulses and Engaging Discussions
Right from the opening of the exhibition floor, engaging discussions were already underway at our booth. Interest in integrated quality solutions remained noticeably strong throughout both days. Many attendees took the opportunity to experience our CAQ software QS1 live on screen and ask targeted questions regarding its integration into existing processes and workflows.
On the evening of the first day, the shared networking event—complete with outstanding cuisine and a relaxed casino atmosphere—provided the ideal setting to reflect on the first day, deepen established relationships, and cultivate new partnerships in an informal atmosphere.
Our Highlight: On Stage Together with Steinmeyer
The morning of the second day began with captivating presentations and discussions, leading up to our own stage highlight at 2:20 PM:
Studio II featured the session: "No Time for Errors: End-to-End Quality Assurance in Production."
Together with Christian Leins (Quality Management, August Steinmeyer GmbH & Co. KG), Lukas Piewald (CSO, QSC) and Patrick Breinessl (Pre-Sales Consultant, QSC) demonstrated how a defect-free, fully transparent quality process operates in practice—from the ERP system all the way to the individual workstation.
Rapid Answers Instead of Lengthy Searches
The presentation focused on a core challenge familiar to quality managers in their daily operations: How quickly can reliable, verifiable answers be provided when complaints or nonconformities arise?
- Which lot or batch is affected?
- Which specific inspections and tests were performed?
- Are additional parts or subassemblies currently in circulation?
- Which customers need to be notified?
Rather than spending valuable time gathering data from disparate sources, Steinmeyer relies on the direct integration of APplus, their shop floor terminal (eWSS), and QS1. Inspection instructions are delivered digitally to the operator right at the workstation, quantitative measurements are captured immediately within the manufacturing process, and nonconformities are documented without detours. Thanks to the end-to-end batch traceability network, every stage remains seamlessly traceable—from raw material through to the finished product.
Conclusion
The Asseco Vision Days 2026 were a resounding success for us. We had the opportunity to present our CAQ solution QS1 to an engaged professional audience, share valuable practical insights, and make many new contacts. A heartfelt thank you to the team at Asseco Solutions for the first-class organization, to Christian Leins and the entire Steinmeyer team for the successful joint presentation, and to all visitors at our booth for their keen interest and the inspiring discussions!
