Two days of progress: Together with Granol and Comarch on the way to an integrated quality solution
Workshop Day 1: Focus on machine connection
The first day of the workshop centred on connecting the ‘Parallel’ machine control software. Together with Comarch, a concept for structured data transfer between QS1 and the ERP system was developed.
The aim is to transfer quality-relevant inspection results from QS1 to Comarch in real time to enable automated production release. A production order is created in Comarch and an inspection order with several inspection sequences is generated in QS1. Each production step is monitored and documented by an inspection sequence. The inspection order in QS1 starts the quality inspection itself, while the machines wait until the inspection results are reported back to Comarch.
This close integration of QS1, Comarch and the connected machine ensures an efficient and qualitatively reliable production process. A common web interface is now being developed on this basis to enable a consistent, efficient process.
Workshop Day 2: Complaints management
The second day was dedicated to the complaints workshop, focussing on sales and customer complaints.
Together with the Granol team, existing requirements were analysed and future process steps defined in order to ensure consistent and traceable complaints management via QS1.
We would like to thank everyone involved for their constructive cooperation and look forward to the next steps in this forward-looking project!
